The Job
Reporting through to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Raising invoices in accordance with agreed terms
- Managing pricing and price escalations
- Setting up contracts through the ERP system
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Allocation of payments received
- Preparing weekly reports
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an accounts/admin focused role
- Contracts administration experience preferred
- Experience handling high volume billings is necessary
- Experience working with a large ERP system is necessary (SAP preferred)
- Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
