ACE Materials Handling Pty Ltd is a wholly Australian Owned Company with it's head office based in Brisbane. We are currently seeking the services of an experienced invoicing officer to join our admin team in Sydney.
This role will see you working with an enthusiastic team of trade's people. Your role will include but not be limited to;
- Collating job costings.
- Checking the accuracy of job costings independently or by way of team collaboration.
- Problem solving with a view to minimising risk and ensuring billing accuracy.
- Assist in identifying problems with a view to improving existing processes and procedures.
- Producing accurate and timely invoices by meeting business and client key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria;
- You have a strong background in invoicing.
- You are highly organized.
- You are methodical when approaching tasks with a critical eye for accuracy.
- You are career driven, eager to learn & looking for long term stable employment.
- You have a mature, friendly and outgoing personality being able to communicate with people at all levels.
- You have good written and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently, being a highly motivated self-starter.
Working hours:
Your work days will be Monday to Friday however, for the right candidate we are flexible with the starting and finishing times. Please note, peak invoicing periods will require overtime as necessary.
