About the role
I am looking for an experienced Project Administrator for a temporary 2/3 month position on a full time basis starting immediately paying up to $40+Super per hour. The position will be reporting into the Project Manager and Project Director working on multiple projects throughout the engineering department of the business.
Duties to include:
- Manage project risk registers and project schedules
- Write monthly reports including project cost planning
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Assemble regular PMO reports
- Attend and participate regular team meetings
- Following up project action items
- Contract management Maintaining project schedules, registers and reports
- Electronic and manual filing of project documentation
I am looking for candidates with the following:
- Intermediate to advance SAP skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Recent experience supporting large projects
- Previous Project Admin, Coordinator or Manager experience
- Strong analytical skills
