Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Meeting & greeting clients, both face to face and over the phone.
- Answering phones
- Scanning, filing and general administration duties
- Making meeting arrangements and setting up conference rooms
- Esuring the general organisation and tidiness of the office
- Ordering office supplies & stationary
- Providing support to management
Skils & Experience
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Ability to liaise with employees at all levels
- Enthusiastic, reliable and professional
- Strong work ethic & value of customer service
- Professional and strong communication skillset, both written and verbal
