About the business

We are a national sports association, are close to transport and parking, with a relaxed yet professional team, and collaborative culture.

We are seeking a Part Time office support administrator and bookkeeper to join the small team. You need to be able to work daily; however the hours are flexible. The hours will be between 20 to 25 hours per week.

About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the office administration
  • Assist with the Book Keeping by utilising Xero
  • Communication and dealing with suppliers and members
  • General correspondence
  • General Administrative duties
  • Other ad hoc activities

Skills and experience

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite or Google Suite
  • Working knowledge of Xero
  • Detail focused
  • Ability to communicate with suppliers and members on the phone and via email
