ABOUT THE COMPANY & THE ROLE
Our client, one of Australia’s leading waste management companies is looking for an Accounts Data Entry Officer to join their team ASAP in St Marys. This role is a full time position on a 12 month Maternity Leave contract.
DUTIES
- Ensure accurate data entry
- Aligning invoices and ensuring the data is the same to allow for accurate payment
- High level of accuracy for all data
- Basic experience in either Accounts Payable or Receivables
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous data entry experience
- Accounts Receivables or Accounts Payable background
- High attention to detail
- Accurate but fast paced data entry skills
- Flexible and proactive nature
