The Company

You will be joining a market leading company based in the heart of the CBD. As Team Assistant you will be supporting 3 Managers and their teams and will actively participate in driving the culture of the organisation.

This role would suit someone with previous Team Assistant experience, who can hit the ground running and manage the day to day operations of the team.

The Role

As Team Assistant your role will be diverse. Your main duties will include:

  • Supporting the Managers with diary management
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Producing documentation for the Marketing Manager including PowerPoint presentations, agendas and correspondence
  • Assist with organising events and other marketing projects
  • Stakeholder engagement both internally and externally
  • Processing expenses and assisting with invoicing
  • Actively contribute towards driving the culture including assisting with team building exercises and wellness initiatives
  • General administration requests as necessary

The Person

In order to be successful in the role of Team Assistant you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar support role within a Professional Services
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office suite confidently including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A team player but also able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to build rapport and operate at all levels of the business
