The Melbourne Centre for the Study of Higher Education (CSHE) in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education is seeking to appoint a Senior Administrative Officer who will be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative services of the Melbourne CSHE including the executive support to two directors and various committees. The Senior Administrative Officer will also support the implementation of a suite of research and development programs including the LH Martin Institute for Tertiary Education Leadership and Management.
As the successful candidate, you will be required to:
- Work collaboratively with academic program leaders to ensure the smooth delivery of events and professional development programs;
- Be highly responsive and flexible in dealing with stakeholders and clients;
- Undertake an array of complex administrative activities and complete tasks with a high level of attention to detail; and
- Problem solve, exercise judgement, manage priorities and schedule work to meet deadlines.
