Based on Client site – Sydney CBD location
Part time role – working 1 day per week 8.30am to 5.30pm - Friday only

• Manage client reception promptly and professionally, meet and greet all visitors.
• Manage meeting rooms, beverage services and contractors.
• Locker management and audit responsibility
• Facilities assistant duties during team absences
• Produce and distribute ad hoc staff notices

• Demonstrated experience in a similar administrator role.
• Strong customer service experience.

• Ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
