About the business and the role
We are an established transport/civil company located in Darra seeking a professional Administration Coordinator. The successful applicant will be MYOB proficient and have experience at handling a wide range of administrative and financial related tasks.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- General administration duties including responding to client enquiries and bookings
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and company bank accounts
- Review policies & procedures and monitor internal processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements
Future duties of the roll may include:
- Payroll and all associated areas, PAYG, Superannuation, Child Support etc.
- Budget preparation
- Reports and preparation of financial reports for external accountant
- Workers Compensation
Skills and experience
Successful applicant should have:
- Proven office management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- MYOB Experience
- Knowledge of office responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Integrated Management Systems will be highly regarded
- 'Get the job done' attitude
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday with an immediate start for the successful applicant.
Remuneration will be offered based on experience.
