BuildingPoint is the sole ANZ distributor of the Trimble Buildings portfolio of building-intelligence software, hardware, and services solutions. SketchUp is part of our portfolio of products and is used by the architectural, interior design, civil and mechanical engineering, landscape architecture, film and video design industries.
Our fantastic SketchUp sales team have identified the need for an accomplished admin professional to join them in the newly created position of Customer Service Officer.
Day to day this busy role will see you:
- following up inbound phone and online sales enquiries
- processing orders
- providing accurate quotations, invoices and sales orders
- updating and maintaining the CRM
- providing admin support to the sales consultants
This role will be perfect for candidates who enjoy a busy day with lots of diversity and interaction with customers and other team members. A keen interest in new and emerging technologies will be a real plus.
You will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in an administration role that involves some customer service. Other must haves are attention to detail, the ability to organise yourself and prioritise.
