We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst who can gather important company data and compile it into meaningful reports for management. We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results in a timely manner with accuracy. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects to ensure data quality, timely billing and that projects are paid within contract terms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with technical and finance teams to provide key financial support to the business
- Collate, interpret, cleanse and analyse client/supplier data within internal and external timeframes
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Work with clients to understand their data and reporting requirements
- Utilise various client systems
- Convert data into information by way of summaries, dashboards and visualisations
- Manage databases
- Identify and resolve issues with clients
- Support Business Director and Manager with initiatives to improve the operating processes across the company
- Be responsible for timely billing and paid within contract terms
- General administration and project support where required
Essential Technical Skills:
- Experienced in data quality, analysis and modelling
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for working with data and databases
- Advanced MS Excel
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications Required:
