Enviro Sweep is a progressive, growth orientated company that leads the market in providing a premium service by utilising industry leading equipment and operating procedures.

Enviro Sweep has an exciting opportunity for a  Administrator to join our Victorian Operations Team based in our Dandenong South office, reporting to the Branch Manager. Some of the key activities are as follows:

  • Customer invoicing and credit adjustment notes including job docket collation and interpretation;
  • Assisting with the planning and scheduling of work including bookings and allocation of jobs, preparation of weekly schedules and maps as required;
  • Attending to customer account enquiries;
  • Preparation of quotations, proposals, tenders and expressions of interest;
  • Collation and reporting of vehicle water meter and material collection data;
  • General office administration duties and housekeeping.

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Be a professional, enthusiastic Administrator looking for a challenge in a dynamic office environment;
  • Have proficient and professional experience with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel and accounting software preferably QuickBooks Enterprise;
  • Possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task;
  • Possess efficient data entry/typing speed;
  • Be self motivated and display a keen sense of initiative;
  • Be able to work autonomously; and
  • Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol assessment.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong planning, time management and self-management skills, excellent interpersonal, communication skills and phone manner, the ability to work independently as well being part of an active member of a dynamic team.
