Your new company
An exciting opportunity exists at a Government Agency for a Part-time Administration Officer. The office is located in North Sydney. This department is seeking a personable and organised candidate to join them on a six month temporary contract.
Your new role
This position will see you perform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the organisation, including, but not limited to:
- Schedule workshops, training, conferences for staff
- Book rooms and organise catering
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices
- Organise documentation and material for training providers
- Data entry
- General administration tasks required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidential information. This role requires an organised and efficient candidate who has excellent organisational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have good data entry skills and be IT proficient.
What you'll get in return
In return for your dedication and hard work you will be rewarded with $30-$40 an hour, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly team.
