We are seeking to employ a Renew Sales & Operations Administrator on a permanent part time basis (15.2 hours per week). The availability to work extra hours if required would be advantageous.

The employee will be part of a highly successful global company. This is a hands on role and requires the successful candidate to have professional with superior communication skills.

The main responsibilities will be supporting the Renew Department with their administration requirements and being part of the Branch’s administration team and completing general ad hoc administration duties.

The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include but not be limited to:

Duties:

  • Developing new business
  • Establishing customer relationships new and old
  • General administration duties involving use of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Data Entry
  • Cold calling and following up on previous quotations

The successful candidate will also need to possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role (essential)
  • Exceptional communication skills with a warm and friendly style
  • Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Analytical approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
