Our client manufactures and supplies a wide range of lighter gauge, roll formed steel products and systems, used primarily in the construction industry. We are seeking a spirited employee to join their local Queanbeyan based team as a Customer Service Officer.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Customer focussed environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must!
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answering all Customer enquiries, walk in, phone and email
• Data entry, must be computer literate and able to pick up new systems
• Processing orders
• Managing customer complaints and compliments
• Ad-Hoc tasks as required by the business.
This role is Part time, located in Queanbeyan. Hours 25-30, however there must be the ability to be flexible during peak times. The employer also offers the same flexibility, where work hours and days can be negotiated.
