The role

We are currently looking to recruit a full time Reception & Administration Assistant Officer with a minimum 2 years’ experience to assist at our busy company in Torrensville SA. Reporting to the Office Administrator, you will be working in a team focused environment.

The person

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience handling day to day administrative work and managing inbound and outbound phone calls. You will need to demonstrate your skills with invoicing and document control processes. A pleasant disposition, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build strong relationships is essential. You will be highly organised with a strong customer service focus and an ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Maintaining reception and day to day administration duties
  • Entering timesheets into Pronto (ERP System)
  • Coordinating incoming/ outgoing mail
  • Maintaining stationary supplies for business and online orders
  • Receipting & invoicing of goods in Pronto
  • Monitoring petty cash float and necessary receipts
  • Clear verbal & written communication skills
  • Accurate data entry skills

Ideally you would have completed and passed Year 11 and have office experience in a fast paced environment. You will require intermediate level experience in Microsoft suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and be tech savvy. Candidates that hold a Certificate III in Business Administration will be favourably considered. Experience in the construction industry will also be a definite advantage.

This role would ideally suit a positive outgoing person who enjoys working in a high volume capacity environment that can show initiative to continuously improve, and who also enjoys celebrating success. We need a bright friendly person who can easily engage with people from all kinds of backgrounds to provide a service second to none to maintain our excellent reputation in the field.
