Job Description
Doka Group is growing and as a result needs to strengthen the spine of the business in Operations.

As a Commercial Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that clients receive delivery of their sales solution on time.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- To ensure accurate and correct processing of orders and quotes in internal ERP system
- To ensure accurate invoicing and resolve disputes/credit requests arising during the project period together with Sales/Clients
- To ensure material availability for customer supply in collaboration with the Supply Chain
- To coordinate delivery of formwork with Engineering, Warehouse, Sales and Clients to guarantee customer satisfaction
- To ensure accurate planning of return deliveries and coordination with customer
Qualifications
Required (Education and Technical)
- 3-5 years’ experience in a commercial department for a multinational organization
- Experience with ERP-Systems
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
Required (Attributes and Motivation)
- Detail oriented and meticulous in work
- Engaging and confident personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solution minded with ability to solve problems using common sense and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Aptitude to go beyond what is required to service the clients
Preferred (Skills and Background)
- Diploma or Degree in Business Economics or Operations Management
- Prior experience in the financial industry
- Prior experience in construction industry
- Experience at intermediate level in Excel for handling larger data analysis using tools such as pivot table, Vlookup, Hlookup
