About the business and the role
Vitality Club is an Aged Care services start-up founded four years ago. Since launching, we have expanded our business across all regions of Sydney delivering Assessment Services and Mobile Allied Health to older Australians. We are a young and diverse team committed to innovation and evidence-based practice. We challenge the traditional approach to health care delivery and are passionate about keeping older Australians safe and independent in their homes.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Client Services Officer who is passionate about helping older people improve their health outcomes. You will:

Coordinate and guide our clients through the referral process - from initial contact to scheduled appointments and account management.

Answer enquiry phone calls and emails.

Provide clear information to clients and their supports regarding a variety of services that Vitality Club offers, relevant to our policies and procedures.

Maintain and develop a range of operational systems that support the structure and function of our growing business.

Liaise and communicate regularly with our mobile staff.

Manage a high referral intake load through the My Aged Care portal.
Skills and experience
Key Selection Criteria:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Health Science, Management or related fields.

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills

Confident and professional manner while speaking to clients and their families over the phone.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the management and practitioner teams to deliver a high standard of service to clients within the community.

Demonstrated technical proficiency using Microsoft word, excel, and similar programs.

Demonstrated ability to manage workload, prioritise, and multitask.
