The Firm & Location

Located within a few minutes of Charlestown, our client is an established Wealth Management business with an envious reputation for customer service, quality outcomes and low staff turnover.
 
Having identified the need to provide better services to their existing client base along with increasing the support to their experienced Financial Planners, the firm is looking to attract a passionate Client Services Officer who is also experienced in Para Planning.
 

The Role


Combining general office administration with para planning and plenty of client contact, this role will keep you busy.  It will also provide you with the opportunity to broaden you skills and progress further in your career (if you want to head down the Financial Planning pathway.)
 
It is evident that you will be provided with a high degree of autonomy when it comes to creating SoA’s that meet the needs of the client however you will also be working in the same office as the Financial Planners/Wealth Managers, making communication so much easier.  It is also great to hear that the Senior Financial Planners actually encourage your contribution as they are the first to admit to “not knowing everything”.
 
As the firm believe strongly is support, you will find when it comes to producing documentation and chasing up product information, you can rely on someone in the team to be there to help out if you get busy.


About You
 
To be considered for this opportunity it will be essential that you hold qualifications (DFPs, RG146 or Degree) along with a minimum of two years in a similar role.
 
A high level of personal presentation coupled with strong communication skills is mandatory.


Remuneration & How To Apply

A base salary in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 can be expected.
