The opportunity?

One of Toll’s key Business Units, Toll Transitions, deliver Relocation, Global Mobility & Removal services to a diverse corporate & government marketplace. Due to continued growth an excellent opportunity exists for a customer focused individual to join the team to assist the Case Managers.
Working within a friendly professional team environment, you will be responsible for the coordinating and processing of information relevant to our clients relocating within Australia. Liaising with anybody from contractors to clients, your ability to effectively communicate across all levels and your relationship development skills will enable you to identify and action service issues ensuring beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders.

Reporting to the Case Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Making considered purchasing decisions of providers/suppliers for removals and storage services, in line with existing contracts
  • Processing removals and storage services (including negotiating with suppliers, managing move activities from uplift to delivery, as well as arranging re-deliveries)
  • Liaising with local and interstate Case Managers on a regular basis
  • Accurately estimating packing, wrapping and general removal requirements on any relocation that requires special handling
  • Working as part of a team to achieve deadlines
  • Identifying service problems and resolving such problems in a timely manner
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal customers and external suppliers

The ideal candidate?

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of successful customer service, outstanding time management, problem solving/conflict resolution skills and prior experience working in a fast-paced, high energy environment. Completed tertiary studies in a business related discipline would be well regarded, although not essential, as would previous experience in removals.
