About the Role:

Based out of Zillmere, a great opportunity has opened for an experienced Customer Service Officer/ Sales Administrator to join Furnx’s Head Office.

We’re looking for someone with initiative, attention to detail and a flexible common sense approach.

Strong communication skills, a highly motivated attitude and willingness to learn are essential in this role. The right person will have a VERY high level of accuracy, a can-do attitude and fire in their belly.

The role offers variety, responsibility and long-term stability.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be innovative and proactive in response to enquiries, delivering on Furnx’s already high standard of customer service.
  • Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Provide efficient and effective customer support including follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively and be part of a strong team culture.

 

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Min 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a Customer Service/ Sales Administrator role.
  • Demonstrated experience in a production, manufacturing or wholesale environment will be HIGHLY REGARDED.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  • An innate “customer first” attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to meet deadlines and client requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to use common sense and initiative.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritise.
  • Sound computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks and products quickly.
  • Strong customer service skills, ethical standards and sense of loyalty.
