Pope Packaging is a successful Australian owned Company and market leader in the packaging industry, with operations throughout Australia and Overseas. We are currently looking to employ a Customer Service Officer working in the Papersacks division of the business, you will report to the Customer Service Manager.

To be successful

You will be a motivated Customer Service professional with a real enthusiasm to go above and beyond to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. You are an employee who is comfortable dealing with senior executives and business owners from large & small organisations. A history of building outstanding relationships is favourable.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing Customer Service and effectively managing a number of client accounts
• Excellent  I.T understanding & knowledge
• Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement in a Lean Manufacturing environment
• Raising and receipting in Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Answering Phones and directing calls
• Ensuring all project tasks provided by management are completed accurately within the outlined time frame
• Providing internal sales, technical support and product knowledge
• Investigate and resolve customer queries

And you will be able to demonstrate:  

• History of Customer Service
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Able to build strong relationships and all levels in the corporate structure
• Also someone who can ask questions and learn from the people around you
• Motivated and strong Problem Solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
