THE WHO, THE WHAT AND THE WHERE
  
Our client is professional services provider with an international presence and a broad client-base that spans a range of industries (mostly corporate). Located in the central CBD in amazing offices; you will seriously love this location!
  
At times this team operates in a whirlwind of activity, but they also know how to enjoy themselves and wind down, and appreciate the hard work that staff put in; you can expect to be rewarded for your dedication with things like Friday drinks and team lunches (plus some other pretty impressive rewards).
  
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
  
Supporting a team of hard-working Professional Services consultants, your role will be to ensure the team is organised and have the information that they need at their fingertips when (or before) they need it.
  • Client meeting scheduling and team diary management (including managing meeting room availability)
  • Preparing proposals and terms of business
  • Prepare and proof-read reports for client submission
  • Maintain company CRM and track activity
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations
  • Open and close job-files
  • Meeting document preparation
  • General administrative support for the team
  • Assist with business development strategies
  • Preparation of revenue forecasts
  • Arranging functions (internal and external)
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
  
This role would suit someone who has worked in a client-driven environment; ideally a sales or service-delivery (such as Legal, Real Estate, Recruitment, or Financial Planning) business environment; in short, your attention to detail in records-keeping must be superb, your ability to maintain the upmost confidentiality in everything you do must be of highest priority, and your ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise tasks will need to be spot-on. You will also need:
  • Experience in a corporate environment
  • Presentation which reflects the professionalism of an organisation operating at the top-end of the market
  • Maturity and confidence - you will need to know how to articulate if something is not possible and offer alternative solutions, (without getting people off-side)
  • An outgoing and personable disposition
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills and experience maintaining an electronic database/CRM system
  • Excellent typing speeds with exceptional accuracy
  • The ability to be both proactive and reactive, depending on the situation
  • An excellent work ethic - that is, maturity and focus - you aren't interested in office politics; you are there to get things done
