Hudson recruitment are currently on the search for a Contracts & Procurment Administrator for a full time permanent role in Brisbane. The role will have you being responsible for administration and delivery a large amount of projects. No day will be the same and you will constantly be learning and being challenged.
Your responsibilities:
- Setting up new contracts & review requests
- Process terminations and variations
- Monthly contract changes
- Support estimator with tenders and procurement needs
- Compliance of policies
- Monthly reporting
- Adhoc duties
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a facilities service role
- Strong administration skills
- Experience in expenditure and budgets
- Experience with tenders and submissions
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
