We currently have an opportunity for an experienced A03 Administration Officer to join this sought after state body on a 3 month contract with possibility of extension.
About the Role
Are you an experienced Adminstration Officer looking for a step up or to expand your skill set? Our client is a Government Department of Queensland who are currently looking for someone with great interpersonal skills and will take on the responsibility for providing coordination and administrative support to the Network Business to assist with the effective delivery of the Program of Work.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Deliver quality administrative support by utilising knowledge of corporate computer systems, processes and policies
- Create, issue, monitor, update, close and cancel a variety of work (Capital, Maintenance & Customer Projects)
- Provide HR administrative support
- Organising fleet servicing & transportation
- Managing stationery, credit card expenditure, filing and records management
About You
To be the successful candidate for this role we are looking for somebody with 2 years minimum experience in a similar role and intermediate experience with Microsoft office suite products
Further requirements for this role are:
- Outstanding organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems and procedures.
- Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, coupled with an ability to identify and understand customer needs.
- Excellent work ethic, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work autonomously to achieve high standard results on a daily basis.
