Our client is a boutique Accounting Firm based in the Sydney CBD who is searching for an amazing Team Assistant to join their busy office. The tight-knit team that this role is for provides financial advice to groups and individuals.
The role will encompass a focus on being the middle man between the established clients whilst providing ongoing support to not only the accounting and financial advice team but the wider office.
Duties of the role:
- Management of company to customer workflow
- Ordering of forms and confidential documents
- Filing and mailing important documents to clients
- Updating of corporate compliance files
- Updating and adding client details into the company database
- Organising office and kitchen stock and ordering more when necessary
- Tending to invoices
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Daily operations through outlook
The successful candidate will be incredibly organised and possess strong customer service skills as you will be liaising with current and potential stakeholders. You will be a professional individual that can work autonomously and efficiently. Impeccable presentation is a clear must as this is a role that deals with high net worth businesses and people alike.
