A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to be appointed to our Home Care program based at Merrylands.

The role is accountable for delivery of quality administrational support resulting in quality documentation, record keeping and accurate data entry into management systems.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Excellent data entry and proficient Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Experience with effective volume processing of client invoices.
  • Administrative experience in an Aged Care/Community Home Care (highly desirable)
  • Producing general and (confidential) correspondence and reports
  • Coordinate outgoing mail and courier deliveries plus sorting and distributing internal mail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar administration role
  • Providing excellent administration support to the Home Care management team staff
