Our client provides installation & maintenance services to leading brands for commercial, industrial and public entrance applications.
With the office based in Ravenhall Victoria you will be the first point of contact for general enquires and service bookings so strong customer service skills are essential to your success.
Reporting to the General Manager your role will include but not be limited to:
- Coordinate with clients and technicians to schedule service bookings
- Maintain and input customer data and special requirements
- Complete invoicing and data entry
- Provide quotations
- Liaise with Accounts for credit issues
- Invoice instructions – confirm accuracy of date and email the customer
- Data entry and file management
This position is a permanent part time role which offers flexible working hours.
