Multimedia Technology is a national distributor who have been servicing the IT and AV channels for over 25 years. Established in 1990, we supply resellers with products from many leading brands including: Sony, Panasonic, D-Link, BenQ, Fujitsu, Cisco, NEC, Philips and Samsung.
Our business is growing and we have a great opportunity available for a highly organised and motivated person to join our team in this vital full time role.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for performing administrative and operations related duties for the Returns and Customer Service Departments.
The ideal applicant would have prior experience working in an operations, logistics or a customer service role preferably for a distributor, reseller or retailer. Candidates with IT industry experience would also be highly regarded.
The key responsibilities in this fast paced environment are:
- Performing administrative duties for the Customer Services and Returns Team such as processing sales orders, releasing back orders, invoicing and supplier returns;
- Working closely with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure customer/supplier enquiries are dealt with efficiency and accurately;
- Processing credit card /COD payments and assisting with reconciliations;
- Supporting the Logistics and Warehouse employees when required;
- Ad-Hoc Reception back up duties.
