The opportunity
Our unique offering and strong growth have created the need for a talented Team Administrator / Secretary to join our team. We are looking for someone who is an outstanding communicator and a team player to join our Planning team in Brisbane.

About You
As a Team Administrator / Secretary your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive and superior administrative support to the Planning Directors and team;
  • Extensive report formatting, preparing tenders and presentations;
  • Database maintenance/data entry, document and record filing systems;
  • Account processing timesheets, quotes and invoices;
  • Diary management; and
  • Coordinating travel, client meetings and events.

You will have 3 years’ experience in professional services with a combination of the following technical skills, attributes and experience:

  • Fast and accurate production of quality professional documentation;
  • Self-confidence and the skill to work well under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to manage and develop rapport with team members and clients;
  • Superior attention to detail;
  • Experience in assisting in tender preparation is preferred but not essential;
  • The ability to work as part of a team or independently;
  • The ability to deliver results and meet our clients expectations;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
  • Minimum Intermediate level MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); and
  • Experience in assisting in invoicing is preferred but not essential.
