About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Administrator to join our Employment Services team. Based at our Maroubra site you will be pivotal in managing our front line customer service and reception area and in providing administrational support to the branch and Site Manager.
You will:
Be primarily responsible for the reception of clients at the site and assisting clients in accessing services
Face to face customer service
Ensure that response times to queries are adhered to in a respectable timeframe
Assist job seekers with open access computers, their job seeker profile, applying for work/submitting job applications and with resume preparation.
Support branch staff and Site Manager with general administrative work
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
High level written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries (both in person, telephone and electronic media such as email or facsimile) in a timely manner
Highly developed relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at multiple levels and varied backgrounds
Excellent planning and organisational skills and be self-motivated
Excellent listening skills and the ability to deal with continuous change
Ability to work within a highly compliant and regulated environment
