Do you have experience working on a busy reception? Are you going to be living in Sydney until the end of February 2019? Would like to secure full time work with one company for the entire 6 months your visa allows?? If so, read on for more info about this rare opportunity!

Reporting in to the EA of the CEO, you will be the first point of contact and face of this well known, energetic business based in the heart of the CBD. You will become an integral part of the company ensuring the best first impressions are always delivered.

A snap shot of your responsibilities;
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Ensure an exceptional level of customer service
  • Answer phones, deal with enquiries, transfer calls and take messages
  • Manage couriers and daily postage
  • Oversee kitchen & office cleanliness daily
  • Set up and take care of meeting rooms and teleconference bookings
  • Provide office administrative support
  • Maintain stock of stationary, kitchen and other office supplies
  • Organising internal functions and celebrations, i.e. monthly birthday cakes
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting finance dept with monthly expense reconciliations and reimbursements
In order to be successful you must have;
  • Previous experience managing a front desk, in a corporate environment
  • A professional, friendly and approachable persona
  • Knowledge of coordinating routine office functions and administration
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organisations skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Be a team player as well as think outside of the box autonomously
  • Strive to always deliver a quality performance in the workplace
