We are delighted to partner with this high profile Australian Company, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange! We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, organisational capability and persuasive communication skills to undertake the position of PA to GM People & Culture. This role is responsible for providing full support to the General Manager People & Culture and also supports the P&C team with a range of projects.

 

The Role

  • Lead or support specific P&C projects  including end to end project planning, communications and reporting
  • Track and process expenses to budget; maintain records
  • Support industrial relations matters including updating draft industrial agreements, managing internal communications re Enterprise Agreement voting processes, filing and version control of all draft and legal documentation.
  •  Support performance and salary and all bonus review processes
  • Manage administrative functions related to the P&C budget including weekly P&L analysis and end of month reviews; accruals; co-ordinating with finance, monitoring travel and expenses
  • Provide administrative support to the GM P&C including co-ordinating Board reports, P&C team meetings and minutes, letters, diary management and day to day support
  • Attend meetings, prepare and distribute agendas, take and generate minutes as directed.
  • Administer and arrange meeting venues, events and luncheons as required
