What is the role?
We are looking for an Administrator to provide varied and flexible support to the local office including:
• Updating databases and client records
• Creating and preparing various reports, presentations and documents
• Filing, scanning and maintaining client files
• Organising and supporting meetings, client visits, events in the office etc
• Reception cover when required
• Maintaining the day to day operations of the office including maintaining supplies etc

• Demonstrated administration experience in a professional services environment
• Strong organisational skills
• PC Skills including word, excel and power point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible “can do” attitude
