This position is responsible for providing ad hoc administrative support to the Branch

Your new role
This position is responsible for providing ad hoc administrative support to the Branch, which will assist the Branch in meeting prescribed deadlines. You will perform a large range of important functions, inclusive of data entry and integrity, maintenance of a Branch email inbox and being the first point of contact for a large volume of enquiries from stakeholders. This area is directly responsible for a large volume of work and for this reason the tasks above play an important factor in the team’s success. This position may also involve coordinating records and also supporting a large team of professionals administratively.



What you'll need to succeed
You will be organised and dedicated, willing to hit the ground running. You will also have a professional phone manner, and the ability to respond to enquiries in accordance to specific requirements. You will be proactive, and able to work independently. You will also thrive working in a fast paced environment. A quick learner with a passion to work in this environment is required. You will have exposure to e-recruit, and be confident with the navigation of this database. Ideally, you will also have a complex understanding of both TRIM and SAP, and be capable of navigating through all three systems simultaneously. Experience working in a similar role within the Government will be highly regarded. The successful applicant must be an Australian citizen and will possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) personnel security clearance.
