Identity Matters is a well established matting company. We’ve been supplying businesses throughout Australia with our wide range of quality branded floor and counter mats for 25 years.

We’re based in Mentone (South Eastern Suburbs) and are part of a group of companies in the matting industry, with locations in NSW and WA.

We’re looking for someone to become a valued member of our customer service team.
 

What you need to know about the role.
 

  • It’s a full time position. Working Monday - Friday from our office in Mentone

  • It’s a fast paced role with plenty of variation  

  • You would be responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Preparing quotes and following up sales opportunities

  • Supporting our sales team with a range of important tasks

  • Ensure our CRM database is maintained accurately.


What you need to be successful in this role.
 

We’ll give you all the product and system training you need, but here’s what we’d like from you:

  • 3+ years in a similar customer service / administration role

  • A proactive, positive (can do) attitude

  • A team player that is willing to help out where necessary

  • A desire to deliver a great customer experience

  • A polite and friendly phone manner and strong written communication skills, including a good eye for detail

  • Experience in providing accurate and timely quotes to customers

  • Experience using a CRM system and MYOB would be an advantage

  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
