We pride ourselves on providing industry-leading services for our customers including furniture delivery and removals, assembly services and complete apartment/office fit outs in partnership with some of Australia's largest retailers.

About the role

 

Responsibilities include;

* Answering inbound phone calls and responding to web enquiries

* Assisting with managing bookings

* Relationship management with existing BTB clients

* Other office administration duties are included

Skills and experience

You will have 3-5 years work experience in customer service and/ or office administration. 

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills  and have a calm and friendly phone manner. 

You will be able to multi task in a busy and fast paced work environment and be highly efficient and organised. 

You thrive on providing excellent customer service and have proven to implement systems and procedures in making your work load and office environment more efficient.

You will be proficient with use of Microsoft Office or similar computer program.
