The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated Team Administrator to join our team, based in our Melbourne CBD office. This is a full time permanent role. The Team Administrator will be responsible for coordinating a broad range of HR tasks and providing a high level of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR administration queries, ensuring that all enquires are answered promptly;
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider HR team, in relation to diary management, drafting correspondence and scheduling meetings;
  • Create and maintain employee files, ensuring that they meet compliance guidelines;
  • Input and maintain  information to various HR systems, including payroll;  
  • Prepare contracts for new employees;
  • Review, distribute and action all incoming and outgoing mail within a timely manner; and
  • Ensure confidentiality for sensitive employee information.

 Skills & experience we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in an administration role, preferably in HR;
  • Experience working in a high volume work environment;
  • An enthusiastic self-starter who takes initiative;
  • Ability to prioritise and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing a high level client service; and
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and cope effectively with complexity and change.
