We have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team. This position would suit a motivated individual who enjoys working within a fast paced environment.  You will be responsible for the smooth running of this business and providing support to the Director.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Answering and fielding calls
  • Managing recruitment administration tasks for permanent and temporary roles
  • Diary and calendar management
  • Planning and arranging internal and external interviews, meetings and bookings
  • Minute taking (job briefs)
  • Updating and maintaining talent database
  • Providing administrative support – compiling documents, generating correspondence
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Invoicing
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies
To be successful in this role you will have: 
  • Solid administration support experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Proven systems and applications experience (CRM and Applications) 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to cope in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Effective relationship management skills 
  • Great work ethic and positive attitude
