Kennards Hire is seeking a results driven and self motivated Tender Coordinator to join the Business Development Team. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be based in Seven Hills and responsible for the end to end coordination of the tender process including identifying opportunities and drafting proposals and tenders.
About you..
You will be an expert in all things Tender, and growing revenue streams by identifying bid opportunities. As a highly motivated and target focused professional, you will be adaptable to a fast changing industry with exceptional verbal and communication skills.
Specifically, you will have;
- A proven track record in identifying major tender opportunities.
- An exceptional ability in developing strategic relationships with key decision makers and leveraging the relationship to win bids
- A sound understanding of tender submission best practice and maintenance of a tender submission database
- Demonstrated previous success in growing revenue streams through successful bid outcomes
- Thorough understanding of tender requirements
- Demonstrated ability to advise and support the business on complex processes
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills across all levels of a business
About the Job
The Tender Coordinator is responsible for identifying major tender opportunities and preparing competitive submissions in line with approved pricing and other relevant commercial parameters. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Playing a leading role in identifying, tendering and winning business opportunities.
- Write, maintain and update tender and contract ‘database’.
- Ensure high quality and 100% accuracy with tender and contract presentation and financial analysis
- Distribute tender notifications to relevant internal stakeholders
- Subscribe to all national tender agencies for inclusion on tender release and status
- Provide sound advice to the business on matters relating to tender management activities
- Analysing and interpreting sales data in relation to sales opportunities and business performance
