FREECHOICE established in 1991, currently has over 300 stores around the country and is one of Australia's largest specialist retailers of tobacco and related products.
This innovative company is at the cutting edge for retail in the tobacco industry and is currently seeking a suitably qualified admin superstar to assist our National Vending Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our NSW and national vending business.
In this role you will be:
- Providing assistance, support and back up for the National Vending Manager as required
- Managing our NSW Vending Fillers that includes metro and regional
- Sorting and prioritising daily workloads for the team
- Data entry of sales verifications for vending machines
- Investigating and reporting on sales and cash variances
- Ordering, receipting & breaking down of stock daily
- Cash counting, collection, and banking on a daily basis
- Daily stock reconciliation of Warehouse and Vending filler vans
- Assisting in warehouse as needed, with the capability of running the warehouse as required
- Daily and weekly reporting to the corporate Finance team and the National Vending Manager
- Setting up and decommissioning vending machines in system
Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Exceptional customer service focus

- Extensive administration experience
- Intermediate / Advanced MS Excel experience
- Detail oriented, results driven
- Ability to show strong initiative
- Some staff management experience
- High volume cash handling experience
- Basic accounts, finance experience
- Exceptionally organised
- Strong work ethic
This is an administrative support role that is fast paced and an ideal fit for someone who enjoys challenges and likes to get the processes right the first time. This role does involve daily tasks in the warehouse such as packing and picking stock so you also need to be someone who doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty!
