THE OPPORTUNITY

This department is looking for an experienced administration assistant to join their growing and evolving team based in Bourke Street, Melbourne CBD. Within this role, you will bring your customer focused attitude to work on a variety of administrative tasks with your flexible and agile approach.

  • Confident in managing incoming and outgoing phone calls to internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing a range of administrative and support services with an excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with a large volume of tasks
  • Co-ordinate travel bookings and liaise with third party providers
  • Managing all internal and external correspondence
  • Strong computer skills and able to manage multiple systems at one time
  • Processing accounts including reconciling and ledgers

ABOUT YOU

  • You have previous experience of providing high level administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
  • You are customer centric and can provide a high-level service to the team which you support
  • You may have previous experience working with sensitive documents such as medical records or personal documents
  • You enjoy working in a busy environment and within a large team
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Previous experience with dealing with third party suppliers will be advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
