The role

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Tender/Bid Coordinator to join the Winc team. This role can be located in Sydney or Brisbane.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective service to our customer by selling, sourcing and quoting on all projects to support the Print & Marketing Teams (aka - Printing and Promotional Products).

You will be working front line for our customers assisting with handling initial sales lead conversations, sourcing a solution, preparation of a proposal, coverting the business and sendingthe job through to operations for production and delivery to client.

The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager - Print & Marketing Services you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships and action Sales Leads/Projects.
  • Sourcing an Innovative Solution - Creation, design, source external and internal suppliers
  • Translate briefs into the various production components and prepare submissions;
  • Preparation of all Tender and Bid documentation;
  • Develop and maintain industry awareness and innovation by attending supplier presentations and trade shows;
  • Maintain up to date supplier sample portfolio, price lists, client product catalogues, etc;

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience working in the Print or Promotional Products industry.
  • Experience working as a Tender Coordinator, Bid Coordinator Production Coordinator and/or Estimator would be highly regarded.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills is desirable;
  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills;
  • Exceptional time management skills in a dynamic environment.
