The Role

Constructive are looking for a proactive accounts administrator to join their dynamic team. The role involves managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable function, processing & reconciling payments and looking after legal escalations relating to non-payment of debtors.

What you’ll do:
  • Bring your accounting knowledge to coordinate, process and reconcile client invoices on a weekly basis
  • Use your natural, confident communication style to effectively manage interpersonal relationships with clients
  • Manage all legal escalations relating to non-payment debtors
  • Assist with administrative duties on an ad hoc basis
  • Look after petty cash management in Sydney
What you’ll need:
  • Experience in an accounts administrator role
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in verbal and written form
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Keen eye for detail and level of accuracy
  • An approachable and friendly attitude
