This award winning hospitality group owns many of our favourite pubs. Based in the inner city, the venues are the epitome of uber-cool Sydney. It's a highly successful group with future expansions on the horizon.
The role is as EA and essentially the right hand to a dynamic MD, also working closely with a the fantastic team. With numerous different venues, no two days will the same and you will be involved in every part of the future development of the business! You will be interacting on a daily basis with people passionate about good food and drink - what fun!
There are all the normal elements of a high level EA role, including diary management, significant liaison with internal and external and internal stakeholders, taking minutes at meetings and preparing documentation as well as office management and administration. Although the secretarial content isn't high, you will need good MS Office and the ability to draft your own correspondence. This is an important role so you must be able to demonstrate previous experience in the hospitality industry and a tertiary education. Because of the level of client interaction, professional personal presentation is essential along with superior communication skills.
