About the role:
With the opening of their brand new warehouse earlier this year, a new opportunity has become available to coordinate the sales orders in the Queensland territory. Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Receive incoming calls and emails from clients and sales representatives;
- Completing quotes and processing sales orders;
- Providing technical advice to customers;
- Prevent and / or resolve any billing / sales disputes; and
- Build and maintain relationships with customers both internal and external.
About you:
- Experience in a customer service/internal sales role, preferably within the distribution / manufacturing sector;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment;
- Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of an ERP system, e.g. SAP, Lawson M3 preferred;
- Mechanically or technically minded; and
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
