Dowell Windows is a leading value based window manufacturing organisation. We are proudly Australian owned and operated and continue to strengthen in the residential market.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our growing Lonsdale Branch.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Responding to all customer enquiries and produce quality solutions that satisfy all parties
• Daily negotiations with customers, estimation and quoting, processing sales orders, cash handling
• Assist in coordinating pick-up and deliveries
• Maintaining an accurate record-keeping system and ensuring files are up to date
• Managing the customers service experience by acting in a prompt, courteous manner at all times
• Complying with all Dowell Safety Policies and practices especially in regard to manual handling requirement
• On-going training will be provided

Your Skills and Experience will include:

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Previous experience in a window business is advantageous ( either operations, manufacturing, estimating or sales)
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
• Attention to Detail
• Problem Solving Skills
• Great Multi-tasking skills
• Full of energy with a can do attitude
