Goodline requires an experienced Procurement Officer to join our Kawana team. This position will require a high level of attention to detail and technical skill and knowledge. 

Attributes of a Procurement Officer:

  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and self manage
  • Strong Administration and all round data entry skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Source, select, negotiate for the best purchase package to set criteria.

Responsibilities of a Procurement Officer include:

  • Processing and amending Purchase Orders according to a number of Goodline procedures
  • Resolving open POs
  • Requesting and following up on quotations from Vendors
  • Arranging transport
  • Setting up new Vendors and liaising with Vendors on a variety of documentation
  • Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
  • Build relationships with suppliers to meet service requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide quality control, monitoring and guidance to site purchases in conjunction with scheduled store visits and conduct competitor surveys.

Conditions:

  • Kawana Office Permanent Part-time position
  • Work available Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
  • Late Shift – 11am – 7pm
