About the Opportunity

The Mary Potter Foundation is looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis. This role is responsible for reception and administration support along with working as part of the team on fundraising initiatives to ensure the organisation achieves its objectives.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a small and supportive team, aligned with the organisation's mission and committed to raising funds and awareness.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Manage reception and answering incoming phone calls
  • Process donations and pledges
  • Provide administration support across the team
  • Work as part of a team at events
  • Coordinate volunteers for lottery sales, events and office support
  • Manage daily mail

About You

We believe that the experience that our visitors receive when they arrive at our office is hugely important. To be successful in this role you must love the role of receptionist and thrive on providing outstanding customer service.

You will have demonstrated ability to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in a reception position or similar role
  • Manage multiple tasks
  • Communicate effectively
  • Use the Microsoft Office suite to at least an intermediate level
  • Input and manage information in databases

You will have:

  • A current driver’s licence
  • Willingness to learn and interest in fundraising
  • Alignment with the cause and ability to show care and compassion
